Professional Validation And More is now

Professional Validation And More originated in 2003. After several upgrades, it was clear it was more than just about validation. It was about the details of data entry web forms. One thing it lacked was the data entry capabilities found in Peter's Date Package, Peter's date and time web controls. So the two product lines were merged to form the product Peter's Data Entry Suite in January 2008.

The equivalent product has almost 90 web controls and other technologies built around data entry. You can still get it in modules or as the complete suite. See the What's New guide for details.

Peter's Data Entry Suite is intended to be the next version of Professional Validation And More. Product development has stopped on Professional Validation And More. Peter's Data Entry Suite is where product development will continue. Users are recommended to upgrade to take advantage of new features and support of future technologies.

 Upgrade Details and Ordering Information 

The current release of Professional Validation And More is v3.0.11. Peter intends to maintain the codebase for serious issues, at least through 2008. Do not expect support of new technologies or third party controls that are not presently supported.

Use Technical Support to inform Peter of problems and get hotfixes.

 Get the VAM v3 Latest Service Release 

If you need additional Professional Validation And More Web Server licenses, order Peter's Data Entry Suite Web Server licenses. Then email Peter and request a license for Professional Validation And More v3. Supply your new Peter's Data Entry Suite serial number. Peter will provide you with a license file for VAM v3 using that same serial number.

If you want to upgrade to a Site license, you only need a total of 5 Web Server licenses. Use the above instructions to order enough Web Server licenses to have 5. Ask Peter for instructions to convert the Web Server licenses to a Site license.

The current release of Professional Validation And More v2 is v2.0.3. Its codebase has completely stopped production. You will need to upgrade or purchase its source code (still available by contacting Peter) to fix any problems.
